Ali Seto, who has spent ten years building the commercial drone industry in the Middle East

Ali Seto

Commercial drones and disruptive technology, Middle East · FEDS

Ali Seto has spent the last ten years building the commercial drone industry across the Middle East, from the ground up.

Ali joined FEDS in 2016 as its very first marketing hire, while the company was still a regional startup — then helped build the brand, scale its distribution business across the Middle East and Africa, and launch FEDS Drone Academy. As its Managing Director, Ali grew the academy into a tri-regulator approved training organisation recognised across the GCC.

That meant working every layer of the industry — hardware, operations, compliance and commercial strategy — alongside regulators, operators and enterprise clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond.

For this session, Ali brings the playbook for taking something new to market in this region: building a brand people trust, scaling distribution, and turning emerging capability into real outcomes for clients.
