Launch & Registration
The program is announced publicly and the registration form opens for individuals and teams.

Eligibility Screening & Onboarding
Registrations are verified against the criteria; those who pass are onboarded as official participants.

Initial Business Proposal
Participants submit a first version of their business proposal using the official template. It can be sent as soon as registration is in — there is no need to wait for the eligibility check — and it is what the Academy then works on.

YES Academy
Six practical curriculum sessions, each sharpening one part of the proposal already submitted.

Proposal Revision & Evaluation
Participants revise their proposal after the Academy; judges then evaluate the revised version and draw up the shortlist.

Top 20 Semi-Finalists
The 20 best teams/individuals from proposal evaluation are announced.

Semi-Final Pitch
The 20 semi-finalists give a 5-minute presentation plus 5-minute Q&A before the judging panel.

Top 10 Finalists
The 10 best teams from the Semi-Final advance to the Grand Final.

Grand Final
The 10 finalists give a final 7-minute presentation plus 8-minute Q&A before 5 judges.
