Hanindia Narendrata
CEO Compas.co.id · E-Commerce Data Enthusiast · The Versatile Athlete of Life
Hanindia Narendrata has spent 14 years building businesses in Indonesia’s digital economy, leading PT Telunjuk Komputasi Indonesia — the company behind Telunjuk.com and Compas.co.id, where Hanindia is CEO.
The work is e-commerce data and helping FMCG brands win the online market — reading what buyers actually do, which is where this session begins: is the market really there?
Hanindia runs a company the way a marathon is run, on endurance, strategic pacing and a relentless mindset, and believes innovation is born from the courage to evaluate one’s own “tactical errors”. Alongside the business, Hanindia mentors young talent.
Off the clock: a recreational marathoner chasing personal bests, a defensive midfielder in football, a newcomer to padel, and a parent of three active children — bringing the discipline of an athlete and the humility of a lifelong student into every room.
