The deadline counts from
A participant submits on time, then fixes a typo after the deadline: the choice below decides whether they stay on time or become late. Either choice can be defended — what cannot be defended is choosing silently, so participants only find out once they are flagged.
Used to flag submissions past the deadline. Program Design v1.0 §29 places submission in late November; the exact date is the committee's decision.
Every file is stored and openable — the current version and every earlier one. The buttons mint a link that expires shortly after you use it, so a copied link is not a way around this panel.
